Join HABJ at the UNCF Walk-a-Thon
Hey HABJ members!
In a month, the Houston Association of Black Journalists will be supporting historically black colleges and their future students by participating in the 27th annual UNCF Walk-a-Thon. Please join our team!
The commitment is easy:

Register online

Raise at least $100

Come to Tom Bass Regional Park on the morning of Saturday, Sept. 8

Walk 3 miles with some fun folks!
Please ask your friends, spouses, children and significant others to join us, too. You don’t have to be an HABJ member to be a part of our team!

Go to the Walk for Education homepage

Click “Join a Team”

Type Team HABJ in the “Team Name” box and click “Search”

Click “Join” in the Team HABJ row

Register as a Walker and follow the step-by-step instructions
